AIR Tutorial - Walnut Stain

This month the theme for the Imagine Crafts/ Tsukineko AIR Team is 'Spring Fever' For me in the Southern Hemisphere, spring is a memory and we are heading into winter - but inspiration is never too far away - Spring to me means flowers.....

Preferred Promotional Partners:
Other:  Double sided Tape, Acrylic Block, BEACON ADHESIVES Zip Dry Paper Glue, Foam Adhesive squares, Mulberry Roses, Want2Scrap - Swirls Finesse bling.

I started by spraying white card with Cornflower Walnut Ink

While it was still slightly damp - NOT WET, I embossed it using the Spellbinders Grand Calibur® Machine and the Spellbinders Basket Weave 3D M-Bossabilities folders.

The embossed card is cut to size and the edges sponged using the  Memento Dew Drop - Peanut Brittle and a Sponge Daubers.

Cut and emboss one (1) Labels Twenty-Nine Spellbinders™ Nestabilities, use before removing the card from the Die, use the Die as a Stencil and sponge inside with Memento Peanut Brittle.

Stamp the Penny Black® Inc. - flower gallery image using Memento Markers - Pear Tart, Bamboo Shoot, Summer Sky, Dandelion

Pop the coloured image onto the sponged Labels Twenty-Nine Nestabilities using foam squares.  Add a strip of patterned paper that has been cut using the A2 Curved Borders One Spellbinders™ Borderabilities®, followed by Seam Binding along the top of this piece.  Add the layered image a Seam binding bow with a Mulberry Rose.  Finishing off with a Want2Scrap© - Swirls Finesse
